The shipping costs will be adjusted to the national and international rates of the logistics provider (Envialia) and will be indicated in the purchase process.

For orders outside the European Union, you should notify us by sending an e-mail to shop@universidadeuropea.es so we can send a quote based on the rates and customs charges.

The delivery of the order to mainland Spain will be made between 8:00 and 20.00h, maximum on the third business day after placing the order.

Deliveries will normally be made on business days from Monday to Friday, and may occasionally be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

In case of international orders or those outside mainland Spain, shipping times are subject to customs procedures in the countries of origin and destination, which could delay transit time.

In case you have changed your mind when purchasing a product, or if for any reason the item arrives defective or damaged from the factory, you will be able to request a refund of the amount paid for the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address  shop@universidadeuropea.es, indicating the order reference and stating the reason for the return.

In case an exchange is required when purchasing textile items, should you have chosen the wrong size, you will be able to request an exchange for another size of the same item with free return costs (only for deliveries to mainland Spain).

You may request a return by sending an e-mail to shop@universidadeuropea.es , specifying the order reference and indicating the reason for the return.

To carry out the return, the product must be in perfect condition, without damage or deterioration, in its original packaging and appropriately packaged. Upon receipt of the goods in our warehouses and after checking the condition thereof, we will proceed with the refund in accordance with the method of payment made by the you.

In case of a return, shipping costs are not refunded. Similarly, the collection costs shall be borne by you (equivalent to the amount of the delivery charge, corresponding to the type of product purchased and destination sent).

Should you be unable to access your account, there may be one of the following reasons:

Under no circumstances may the Site be used by professional vendors and you therefore accept that items may only be purchased in quantities corresponding to the average needs of a consumer.

Any Item Order placed through the site requires an email address to receive information about the order, invoices, shipping address, and any other necessary information.

Payment for the order will be made by credit card.

You will receive an e-mail and/or SMS with the information regarding shipment of your order, the expected delivery date and options for changing the delivery address, requesting a change of delivery date or collecting it at your local branch.

Delivery of the goods shall be carried out at the address specified by you.

Should you be absent at the time of delivery, a note will be left stating that delivery was attempted and giving information for subsequent delivery arrangements.

A signature of the delivery note by the addressee will be required for delivering the goods.

No deliveries are made to P.O. boxes.
